Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5 - 7 days for your order to be processed. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

STORE PICKUP:
We do not offer store pick-up now but are working towards this in the future.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the 58474 area code. We hope to expand our local delivery range in the future.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 days for custom-made items and within 3-5 days for ready-made items using USPS or UPS for shipping.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated, and
displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at custom_chic_boutique@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
